Robot Integration

The robot cell that fixes the line costing you the most.

FANUC robot integration for welding, machine tending, press brake tending, and palletizing: built and pre-tested as modular skids, with U.S.-based support.

  • Digital-twin programming with offline simulation, so changeovers take minutes, not hours
  • Every cell can report cycle times, uptime, and part counts

What it is

You know a line that is costing you throughput, labor, or quality. We design, build, and install the FANUC robot cell that fixes it, then stand behind it from Bixby, Oklahoma.

Because we build and pre-test each cell as a modular, mobile skid before it ships, installation is short and predictable. Your team trains on the real system, not through months of on-site debugging.

Who it is for

Plant and operations managers who need a specific process automated. Start with one high-impact cell, then expand knowing what the first one did.

What we build

Press brake tending, machine tending, robotic welding, sanding and finishing, sorting, stacking and palletizing, painting, stamping, punching, and CNC tending. See the application pages for each.

For press brakes, our standard press brake cell puts a FANUC arm on the brake with tooling programmed offline in simulation, so changeovers take minutes, not hours.

What it reports

Every cell we build can report cycle times, uptime, and part counts, so the floor talks to the front office. A tube bending cell we built runs lights-out: a full 30-part order ran unattended, with no TWA on site.

Start with the Fit Check.

About a minute, with no contact information needed to see the answer. If it fits, we offer a first visit. You decide what happens after.
