Customer portal
Your build, your window into it.
Every TWA project has its own portal address. Enter the email you use with us and we will send you there.
What the portal holds
- Where the build stands: design, procurement, build, FAT, ship, install, SAT, acceptance.
- The Friday report, every week, for the life of the project.
- Drawings, the risk assessment, and the acceptance evidence as they are produced.
- After go-live: the cell's own numbers, once its read-only monitor is connected.
Partners and the TWA team sign in elsewhere: all three doors.
