Partners
Your customer. Your machine sale. Our cell behind it.
For machine dealers, distributors, and referral partners: The Way Automation is the FANUC Authorized System Integrator your customers ask you for, named on the work, and never between you and your account.
What this means
Your customer's automation. Your account, still.
What your customer gets
A FANUC Authorized System Integrator named on the work, not a subcontractor hidden behind your brand.
One free first visit: a walk of the floor and a straight answer on fit. If it is not one, we say so and you keep the credibility.
A cell designed, built, and tested in Bixby, Oklahoma, backed by a one-year warranty from substantial completion or first production use.
One phone number to call after go-live, answered by the team that built the cell.
What you keep
The relationship. TWA never contacts your customer to sell something you did not bring us into.
The credit for the introduction. TWA is the named integrator; you are the reason the conversation started.
The next conversation. A customer running more automation buys more machines from you, not fewer.
A straightforward split: TWA designs, builds, and stands behind the cell. You stay the trusted face on the account.
How co-selling works
- 01
You bring the relationship
Your customer already trusts you with the machine. When the conversation turns to automating it, you bring TWA in as the named integrator. Nothing about the account changes hands.
- 02
We walk the floor together
The free first visit is a walk of the floor, a look at the line, and an honest answer about fit. You are in the room. If it is not a fit, we say so and you keep the credibility.
- 03
We build and back the cell
Design, tooling, controls, build, FAT and SAT, and support after go-live, from Bixby, Oklahoma. Your customer gets a running cell; you get a customer who calls you first next time.
The named-integrator rule
Mac-Tech brings the industry relationships. TWA designs, builds, and backs the automation.
On every co-branded surface, TWA is the named integrator and the destination for the automation conversation. Every call to action points to a TWA-owned engagement, so the work is trackable end to end and the dealer is credited for the introduction.
That is the whole rule, and it applies the same way to every referral partner, not only Mac-Tech. It keeps the customer's trust with the person who earned it, and it puts the integrator's name on the thing the integrator has to stand behind.
