These terms govern your use of thewayautomation.com, the informational website of The Way Automation LLC (“TWA”). By using the site, you accept them.

What this site is

This site describes TWA’s robotic automation services and lets you contact us. It is not a quote, a contract, or an offer. Pricing, scope, schedules, and commitments for any project are established only in a written proposal or agreement signed by TWA.

Content and accuracy

We work to keep the information here accurate, and case-study results describe specific projects: outcomes vary with the application, parts, and process. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of performance for your line. Content, logos, and imagery are the property of TWA or used with permission; don’t reuse them without our consent.

Forms and communication

When you submit a form, you’re asking us to contact you about your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, TWA is not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. (Project work is governed by the applicable signed agreement, not these terms.)

TWA Hub (our internal staff tool)

The TWA Hub is a private, internal business tool used only by people TWA has given a Hub sign-in. Sign-ins are personal and TWA may switch them off at any time. With a staff member’s permission, the Hub connects to TWA’s own QuickBooks Online, Ramp and Google (Gmail) accounts and reads information from them. It does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks Online or Ramp, and it never sends email. Any staff member can disconnect a service from the Hub’s Connections page. The Hub is provided “as is” for TWA’s internal use, and TWA may change or stop it at any time. How the Hub handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.
