Privacy

The Way Automation LLC (“TWA,” “we”) respects your privacy. This site is an informational marketing site: we collect only what you choose to give us, and we use it only to respond to you.

What we collect

• Information you submit through our contact and Automation Strategy Report forms: name, email, company, phone, and details about your project.
• Basic, aggregate usage data (pages visited, device type) collected by cookieless analytics. Nothing is stored on your device for this, and no profile is tied to your identity.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare an Automation Strategy Report, or follow up on a project conversation you started.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate this site and our business (for example, email and form processing), or where the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information for as long as it’s relevant to an active or potential business relationship. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us at Sales@thewayautomation.com.

TWA Hub (our internal staff tool)

The TWA Hub is a private tool used only by TWA’s own authorized staff to run our business. It is not offered to the public. This section covers it.

• What it holds: TWA’s own business records (quotes, projects, billing steps, approvals, time records). When a staff member connects them, it also reads information from TWA’s QuickBooks Online and Ramp accounts, and from that staff member’s own Gmail.
• Connected services are read only: the Hub does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks Online or Ramp, and it never sends email. In Gmail it can only read, organize labels and save drafts that a person sends themselves.
• Sign-in permissions for those connections are stored encrypted on the Hub’s server and are never shown in a browser.
• How it is used: only to run TWA’s business (billing, approvals, job-cost reports, and answering staff questions about TWA’s own records), and shown only to staff with the right role. It is never sold.
• Who processes it for us: the companies that run the Hub: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Anthropic (the Hub’s AI assistant, which receives a staff member’s question and the TWA records needed to answer it). QuickBooks data is not used to train any AI model.
• Your choices: any staff member can disconnect QuickBooks Online, Ramp or their Gmail from the Hub’s Connections page; this deletes the saved sign-in from the Hub.
