For a new plant or a rebuilt floor

Plan the plant. Not just the cell.

Building a new plant, or bringing every trade under one roof? The time to get the flow right is before the layout is drawn. We start on your floor with your people, and you decide after every step.

The connected factory

One record, from the office to the floor

Most plants run on records that never meet: one in the office, one at each machine, and one in somebody's head. A connected factory keeps one. This is the picture we draw with you.

The office

  • Estimating
  • Detailing
  • Production control
  • Purchasing and inventory

One record

Every job, every part, every run. Written once, read everywhere.

The floor

  • Cutting: plasma, laser, saw
  • Beam lines and drills
  • Forming and welding
  • Kitting and shipping

The machines you already own, whoever made them, and the cells we build.

The people

When a station needs a person, the cell calls one. Nobody babysits a screen.

  • Mapped on the WalkTwo days of engineering on your floor, and a scoping offer after it.
  • Read, never movedWhat your cells report goes through a read-only monitor that never moves a machine.
  • Your people, trainedYour people are trained to run each cell, and supported after.

We move data, not just parts

The cell reads. It never moves a machine.

The cell reads, acknowledges and calls a person. The phone in your pocket never moves a machine.

At plant scale

The same three steps. Sized to a plant.

  1. 01

    The Walk

    Before the layout is drawn.

Two days of engineering on your floor, with the people who run it. You get a written map of where time and material wait, with your own numbers on it, a ranked list of what to fix first, and a scoping offer after it. Nothing the Walk captured is charged again.

  2. 02

    The Cell

On the station the map ranks first.

Scoped in writing before anyone buys metal, at a fixed price set in the proposal, on any brand of machine you already own, with a one-year warranty. Your people are trained to run it, and supported after.

  3. 03

    The Partnership

    One site at a time.

Layout for the next cell, what your cells report through a read-only monitor that never moves a machine, training for your people, and support from the team that built it. Offered when you are ready, never a condition of the cell.

Where we stop

What we are, and what we are not

  • Not your building's engineer of recordYour architect and engineers keep the building, the structure, the codes and the stamps. We own the process and automation layer, and we work with them.
  • A first visit, at no chargeHalf a day on your floor with an engineer, before anything is paid.
  • Every step is its own decisionNo step commits you to the next one, and nothing the Walk captured is charged again.

Who stands behind the cell

Three things FANUC has put its name to

  • FANUC Authorized System Integrator

A credential we hold today, from FANUC America.

  • 2025 FANUC Outstanding Growth Award

Given to TWA by FANUC in 2025.

  • A FANUC America case study on a TWA cell

FANUC America published it. The customer is Thunder Creek.
