Fit Check
Does automation fit your floor? About a minute to find out.
Five yes or no questions. You see your answer right away, and we do not ask who you are to show it. If it fits, we offer a first visit. If it does not fit yet, we say so.
How it works
The same screen we run before we ask for your time.
Before we pursue any project, we ask whether we can actually win for that shop: a repetitive process, real labor pain, a bottleneck worth removing, room to grow, and someone who will own the cell. These five questions are that screen. Answer honestly. A no or two does not end the conversation. It shapes it.
1. Is there a repetitive manual job on your floor (loading, bending, sanding, or tending a machine) that runs most days?
2. Is that job hard to staff, hard on the people doing it, or both?
3. Does one machine or station cap what the rest of the line can get out the door?
4. Do you expect demand to grow, or would you take more orders if you could produce them?
5. Is there someone on your team who would own a robotic cell day to day once it's running?
Automation fits your floor.
The next step is a first visit. We come to your floor, walk the line with you, and leave you a written read of where the next hour of capacity is hiding. No charge, and no pitch. Tell us where to reach you and we will set it up.
Probably not yet, and we would rather tell you that now.
Based on your answers, a robotic cell is likely not the highest value move for your floor today. Floors change. When a repetitive job starts running every day, or one station becomes the bottleneck, come back and run this again. If you would rather talk it through anyway, an engineer will take the call.
